Pumpkin Dubbel

A traditional Belgian Dubbel, with the addition of organic pumpkin in the mash, and spices sourced locally in both the kettle and brite tank.  Moderate carbonation creates a thick, creamy head, and the use of dark candi sugar and belgian crystal malts give the beer a complex, bready, malty sweet backbone to support the heavy spice additions.
